The three-layer Triply construction extends through the base and walls, supporting balanced heat distribution. Inside, food-safe 304 Grade Stainless Steel provides a durable, non-reactive cooking surface suitable for acidic ingredients such as tomato, lemon, tamarind and vinegar.
Compatible with gas, induction, electric, halogen and oven cooking. Dishwasher safe. Wash and dry after use; for stuck-on food, soak in warm water and use a soft scrub.
