The OREVIA reversible cast iron tawa gives you two cooking sides in one 30 cm pan: flip it for dosa and flat cooking, or for grilling. It is pre-seasoned with vegetable oil, made without synthetic coating and available with grey or red stay-cool silicone handle grips for a safer hold. Cast iron holds heat well, so it suits dosa, chilla, parathas and grilled vegetables alike. Wipe it dry after use and add a little oil to look after the seasoning.
