Made for cooks who want the character of cast iron with the versatility of two surfaces, this 30 cm reversible pan offers a flat griddle on one side and a ribbed grill on the other. Use the flat face for dosa, roti, uttapam and pancakes; turn it over for paneer, kebabs, vegetables and grilled meats.
The cast iron body retains heat evenly once heated, while the pre-seasoned surface is ready for cooking and develops further with regular seasoning care. There is no synthetic coating. The removable grey silicone grips provide a more comfortable hold during stovetop cooking.
Compatible with gas, induction, electric, halogen and open flame. Remove the silicone grips before oven use. Hand wash, dry thoroughly and lightly oil after cleaning.
