Two useful capacities bring flexibility to everyday cooking. The 3.5 L stock pot is suited to regular portions of dal, rice, soup and boiling, while the 4.5 L vessel provides additional room for larger meals and batch cooking. Both include matching lids.
The three-layer construction runs through the base and walls, helping heat spread more evenly across the cooking surface. The interior is food-safe 304 Grade Stainless Steel, a non-reactive surface suited to acidic ingredients such as tomato, lemon, tamarind and vinegar.
