The 3.5 L casserole pot combines a practical 22 cm diameter with a deep profile suited to dal, curry, rice, steaming, reheating and serving. The included lid helps retain heat and moisture during covered cooking.
Its three-layer construction extends through the base and walls, with an aluminium core supporting balanced heat distribution. The food-safe 304 Grade Stainless Steel cooking surface is non-reactive with acidic ingredients such as tomato, lemon, tamarind and vinegar.
Suitable for gas, induction, electric, halogen and oven use. Dishwasher safe. Wash and dry after use; soak stuck-on food in warm water before cleaning with a soft scrub.
