The 25 cm flat face offers a balanced surface for roti, chapati, paratha, dosa and chilla, while the long cast iron handle provides a traditional, direct grip.
Its substantial cast iron construction holds heat steadily during repeated cooking. The tawa arrives pre-seasoned with no synthetic coating and can develop its seasoned surface further through regular use.
Suitable for gas, induction, electric, halogen, open flame and oven cooking. Hand wash, dry completely over heat and apply a light coat of oil after cleaning. Not dishwasher safe.

Yes. OREVIA cast iron is pre-seasoned. The seasoning builds with regular use and is not a synthetic non-stick coating.
