Description
The OREVIA cast iron dosa tawa 30 cm grey grip is made for dosa, uttapam and chilla, in pre-seasoned, coating-free cast iron. Explore more cast iron cookware from OREVIA.
The 30 cm flat griddle face gives ample space for dosa, uttapam, chilla, roti, paratha and pancakes. Cast iron retains heat for steady cooking, helping maintain a consistent cooking temperature once the tawa is properly preheated.
Pre-seasoned before use and free from synthetic coating, the surface can continue to develop with regular cooking and seasoning care. A removable grey silicone grip provides a comfortable hold.
Compatible with gas, induction, electric, halogen and open flame. Remove the grip before oven use. Hand wash, dry over heat and lightly oil after cleaning. Not dishwasher safe.
