Every complaint is given a ticket number. We acknowledge each complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month from the date of receipt. We will always try to resolve your complaint as early as possible.
Store Credit
Store credit issued by OREVIA can be used only for purchases on oreviahome.in. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account or wallet, or exchanged for cash. Store credit remains valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Store credit is issued in addition to, and never in place of, any refund due to you.
