The 3.5 L capacity and 26.5 cm diameter make this kadhai a versatile choice for everyday portions. Its deep form provides room for frying, sautéing, curry, dal, sabzi and bhuna without feeling oversized.
Triply construction through the base and walls combines stainless steel with an aluminium core for balanced heat distribution. The cooking surface is food-safe 304 Grade Stainless Steel and remains non-reactive with acidic ingredients including tomato, lemon, tamarind and vinegar.
Compatible with gas, induction, electric, halogen and oven cooking. Dishwasher safe. Wash and dry after use; soak stuck-on food in warm water before using a soft scrub.
